PROIETTA signs, for the third consecutive year, the video mapping for the Municipality of Biot, transforming the walls of the medieval town into an immersive experience of over 27,000 sqm.
The project combines historical storytelling and innovation, with a narrative dedicated to female figures in the Templar era.
The project was entirely designed and delivered by the PROIETTA team, using Proietta outdoor video projection systems engineered to ensure continuous operation even in challenging weather conditions.
To deliver the event, PROIETTA installed a set of high-brightness video projectors, protected by PROIETTA enclosures for video projectors, designed to safeguard the technology from weather conditions and potential damage.

PROIETTA Studios recreated the history of the Templars in Biot! The impressive video mapping transforms the entire medieval town into a 20,000-square-meter screen, with a projection distance of 650 meters. The sound and light show, entirely produced by PROIETTA, lasted about twenty minutes and took visitors on a journey through the history of the Templars as part of the “Biot and the Templars 2024” event.
The PROIETTA team will be pleased to advise you on the most suitable technical solution and support you in the development of your video content.
Creating a fully immersive experience using video mapping alone can prove particularly costly.
Thanks to GOBO MAPPING, it is possible to project mapped images onto large surfaces, helping to reduce costs while AMPLIFYING the impact of the video show.
PROIETTA has developed this technique through its proprietary technology and experience. Request more information!
